Q:Vinyl bug sweep replacement? Love this door, but every year or two, I need to replace the bottom vinyl sweep. Used to get it from Home Depot, but cant find it anymore. Please provide part number or similar product recommendation. Thanks!

          A:  The door have tabs holding the glass. The tabs that can be turned to unhinged the glass. You can take the glass off to clean them. Make sure you hold onto the glass.

              A:  I would contact the seller and ask. It fit our 36 inch opening perfect- thinking it may be too big for your 35 inch opening.

                  A:  No, this one will not fit in a 35 inch wide opening. You will need smaller width door or expand the opening by 1 inch

                    Q:I have looked at all of the info and guides for this security door which I bought and had installed by Home Depot but I cannot figure out how to change the tension and with it getting so cold, the door now slams, can someone tell me how this is adjusted?

                    A:  Thank you for your interest in our Estate Security Door. The closing speed of the door closer can be changed by turning the adjustment screw at the end of the cylinder, on the opposite side of where it attaches to the door jamb. I hope this information is helpful.
