A: The fan could be picking up a different frequency from another device. Try turning the power off to the fan at the circuit breaker box for 3-5 minutes, open the remote battery compartment and change the position of one of the four little switches. Turn the power back on and within 30-seconds press and hold the set buttom in the battery compartment. The fan should go through its set up process then stop and you should be good to go.
