A: Thanks for your question. You'll see grip strips on each edge; two facing up and two facing down. That seems to confuse people but the planks most likely are not stuck together. . A: Thanks for your question. This product is resistant to scratches but we do recommend nails be trimmed to help prevent scratching because the flooring is not scratch proof. Urine and other messes also need to be cleaned up as soon as possible because they can harm the wear layer.
