A: I think it would be plenty bright. I have it in my garage and it creates enough light in the garage so I don't have to turn on the garage lights when I go out to empty the garbage... I think you would be very happy with it. You can also turn on just the blue neon ring or the white neon ring which lights up the clock face, or both.
