A:  Believe it or not these seem to ship without the user/owners manual, I also had unanswered questions when I received mine. I finally found that the actual manual is available on Toro.com You have to go to Toro, then homeowner, then walk behind then find your mower. Once you find your model and click on it you will find parts and manuals, find your serial number range and you can download the manual in PDF format. I found all my answers there. Hope this solves your problems, I know it's a pain but it's the only way I found.

A:  Yes, this mower will mulch. You just have to remove the grass bag and the rubber piece that throws grass to the side, and close the bagger door using the blue adjustment handle. This keeps the grass contained under the mower and the short mulching blades will do the work.

A:  I don't work for Home Depot so I can't answer. I had to buy mine online and wait a couple of weeks. Don't know why they stopped selling the AWD Xin house. Big drawback. All-wheel drives really help. Bite the bullet, buy it online pick it up at store. Or, buy from a store that does stock what you want.

A:  To drain the oil, tip the machine onto its side with the air filter up to drain the used oil out through the oil-fill tube. A:  The way to change it is to remove the dipstick. And then turn it on it's side to let it run out. They do say it is not necessary to change the oil. Just check and add as is used. Strange I know. I've had mine several years and have not changed it or added to it.
