We are screening through all items to make sure that they are connected to their upgraded information. The attached documents such as specification sheet shows the correct data. The Sone level on the TT silent series ranges from 0.9-2.5 depending on the sizes. TT Silent 100 sone level is 0.9 on low and 1.5 high speed.

A:  The mounting plate measures 4" x 4 3/16". There are four holes for the screws, the placement of the holes is 2 3/4" x 3 5/16"

A:  Hardwiring the fan will not void the warranty

A:  Yes, it can be used to boost airflow; to move sufficient air from the basement to 2 floors up, we recommend the TT Silent M 150, which is a stronger fan, has 327 CFM and features built-in silencer for extra comfort.

A:  This is a quality in-line fan with grounded power cord and a 3-position rocker switch to select low speed, high speed and off.

A:  The TT series models cannot be used as a dryer booster fan due the type of blade these fans have. VK 100 PS booster fan would be the suitable model for this application. TT series fans have mixed flow impeller, which could trap the lint while the VK models' backward curved impeller allows the lint to move freely. Booster fan should be at least 15 ft. from the dryer as close as possible where the duct terminates; consider installing a VENTS lint trap that allows you to mount within the 15 ft. minimum distance.
