A:  No this is the mechanism and adapter plate only, you can remove adapter plate and snap mechanism into the old enclosure already on the wall

A:  The 1101BM-IAP is a Single Pole Single Throw mechanism/guts with plate. The 1103B clock has a double pole single throw output contacts. It will depend on which contacts you need for the application. The 1103B you would have to buy complete clock with enclosure and you can remove from enclosure and snap into existing enclosure.
