Q:existing cast iron in wall drain 18-20" will the trap match up with out customizing can it be installed without p trap.

A: Per the measurements on this site, 18" might work, but 20" would not without modification. Depending on which is easier, you might gain another inch or so of height by raising all the levelers to their highest or figure out a stable block setup to put the legs on. This, of course, raises the entire sink by the same amount, but not sure how much trouble it might be to lower the drain opening in the wall. It would not be advisable to connect this to a sewer or septic tank drain without a trap. The smell that would rise back out of the sink drain would not be worth it. IMO

A: I'm sure this answer is too late for the OP, but for anybody else who stumbles on this question, the answer is no, you can't install this without a trap. It's against building code.You can use an S-trap instead of a P-trap but you must have a trap.

A: Looks like 33.75" is the height to the top of the tub from the floor. Add another 16" to the top of the faucet if that's the measurement you wanted. Those measurements are visible in the included description of the item.
