Q:Can someone explain how the nailing flange kit works? I am using this for the bathroom and need to understand how this will work with or without a sill/tile wall. I will be mounting to studs and trying to not use mortar. Thanks in advance.

A: You can have glass block surrounding the vent in this size. You would have a row of 4" glass block followed by a 6x8 vent (6" wide) followed by a 4" block which would give you a width of 13-7/8" which is the width you are inquiring about.
