A:  Yes, once you remove the aerator, you can use a B-GFE to take to Garden Hose male thread.

A:  I thought I remembered reading in the literature that could be done. No adapter came with the set. I would not feel comfortable using a garden hose on it.

A:  Spout is about 8-1/2" long.

A:  I cant tell what length of spout you want, but yes, this faucet can come with Ceramic cartridges, by using CR on the end of the number, for example; B-1117-CR.

A:  It has an aerator, but I believe you can buy an adapter that would make it so you can attach a hose.

A:  Yes, the aerator is removable for use with a hose.

A:  No. When you remove the aerator, the faucet is threaded, but the threads are not compatible with a garden hose.

A:  The base length is about 6-1/4". The width is about 2". Not sure if the base is an escutcheon, but what you see in the photo is what you get.

A:  Mine is already installed so it is hard to measure, but the base is approximately 6 and 1/4 inches long (side to side) and 1 and 3/4 inches (front to back).

A:  The escutcheon is approximately 6.5".
