A:  It did not come with anchors. It is really heavy. No issues with my grandchildren and their friends bringing the legs off the ground. Yes this the green plastic coated wood. This set comes in pieces and the holes are not pre-drilled. Home depot does not assemble the swing and they deliver it to your driveway not where you plan to put it.

A:  Pine Bluff Swing set is not pre-drilled. It has special screws that are self drilling. 2 1/2" screws are the longest in side the kit. Have not had any issues with these.
