Q:Can this be installed in FL inside a covered carport? Does Florida’s sandy ground pose a problem? My carport is inbetween my house, garage and lanai and has a roof over it.

A:  Due to the water table and amount of rain in Florida, we do not recommend installation of below-ground units or under a carport.

        A:  Yes, water can't get in through the bottom base area. That is all welded and sealed. It can just come in through the door/ top ventilation.

            Q:Are there Survive a storm technicians available at each store? I'm in Arizona and the shelter would have to be shipped and installed.
