A: Engineered doors are far more stable than their solid wood counterparts; they’re less prone to shrinking, swelling or otherwise warping because of the diverse range of materials that go into their construction.
If your home is facing South I would keep this in mind:
White/light colors are less prone to thermal expansion. Darker color doors can suffer from thermal expansion.
