A:  No. It clumps and you waste too much. The applicator tube id the best way to dispense it.

A:  The powdered spore is the consistency of confectioners sugar, so no, not recommended. See my review.

A:  Not too sure. This is a very powdery substance. It blows easily in the breeze.

A:  You may want to check out www.ehow.com for more details. Basically, the milky spore powder is way too fine for a lawn spreader. A tap of the tube applicator puts just the right amount down as directed. If you want to buy milky spore granules, then you can use a lawn spreader, but you'd have to decide on cost benefits.

A:  The tube arrives empty. Milky spore sold separately. I'd say one tubefull covers about 1/4 acre. Its refillable, so it will cover as much milky spore as you need, per package instructions.

A:  I don’t have the information in front of me, but I believe it will cover about 2000 sq feet. The dispenser doesn’t allow proper application because it clogs.
