Apply a continuous band of insecticide around your foundation and around windows, doors, utility line entrances, eaves, vents and other areas to reduce the potential for entry by crawling pests. Apply the band up to 3 ft wide around the structure and upwards along the foundation to 3 ft.

You do need to keep children and pets off and out of treated area until the product has completely dried. After dry, the area is completely safe for your children and/or pets.

A:  no but some plants like Peonies need the ants to do their job of eating the nectar from the blooms

A:  says it will not harm bushes, trees, plants.....Just remember some plants like Peonies need the ants to do their job in order for them to bloom properly, the ants eat the nectar on the blooms.

A:  Spray pesticides can be harmful if breathed in or if your pet is confined in the space too soon after spraying or walks through a treated area before the product has dried. Products used to eliminate ants from the home are relatively safe for people and pets when care is taken at the time of use.

A:  NO. Why would you spray poison on your skin? It is a great product for getting rid of ants!

A:  Why would you? Product specifically states "Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing" and precautionary statements include washing hands with soap and water, rinsing skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes, and calling poison control for treatment advice.

A:  I did not see any damage to plants - sadly no damage to ants either.

A:  Thank you for your question. The product should only be applied to grass/vegetation around the foundation of the home but not directly to any ornamental plants, flowers, trees or shrubs.

A:  It is supposed to kill, not repel.

A:  As far as I know it is only to kill them . If you spray it on them , they die. Not right then , but within a few minutes. You keep monitoring the mound for about an hour , as some will come out of the entrances.Spray them.

A:  I used this product outside only but the ants disappeared and have not returned. This was over a month ago and it has rained several times. So far so good.
