A: YES! I was advised by a home painter to get this about 8-10 years ago, and I agree that it works best. The others are cheaper and you may get an extra one, but you will need it. I usually buy 2-3 each time. 1 outside, 1 inside, 1 waiting under the sink. I think you will like the results.

Q:Can I spray this around shrubs without killing the shrubs? I believe there is a nest inside.

A: I only use it on Flagstone. I've never tried it on paint. However, it leaves no lasting stain on the Flagstone.

Q:I applied this to soil in a vegetable garden to kill some ants. There are currently no plants in it (I pulled old plants in Oct) and there won?t be any plants for a few months (late Feb). Will the soil be safe for vegetables after spraying this in it?

A: This will definitely kill them. Wasps won’t build a nest in the same spot so if you get the queen you should be good. Best to spray the nest at night. Soak through the nest and they should be all eliminated by morning. Walk your property every other week or so. Keep your eyes peeled for any signs of a new nest.

A: Oh yeah. For a month. I’ve been using this stuff for years now. I am allergic to stinging insects. Carry an epi pen. I basically spray the whole outside of the house with it. I do it early evening when they’re quiet and just spray away. I rarely see a single wasp all summer. As long as it dries before a rain it will last that month. I just lock our pets up on the day I use it.
