A: please have someone knowledgeable answer the question. The answer given above is not correct. 2 guaged wire is not 2/0 wire. Here is how the wire size goes in the order of increasing size - 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 awg, 2, 1, 0, 00 (2/0), 000 (3/0) and so on.
