A:  Yes, if it is in a dwelling and is used as a service or feeder cable for 120/240 V. Essentially this means that you can feed the main panel that feeds all the loads in your house and use it with a 125 A rating. This would not apply if you are using it to feed a subpanel. In that case use 100 A if you have any 60 C terminals or 120 A if all terminals are rated for 75 C. If you install it in an insulated wall, you must use the 100 A rating. More simply, if it is feeding your main panel, then use 125 A rating. If feeding a subpanel, then use 100 A rating in almost all cases.
