A:  YES, Make sure the wallpaper is very clean. This item cuts very easy with a paper cutter. Looks good even after 3+ years in my bathroom and kitchen. Many think it is real title.

A:  Made out of a slightly flexible plastic or linoleum type product. Easy to put on. I have had behind my sink for about 5 years I think and still look good. They have a slight depth to them so a casual glance looks like tile. If you give it a serious look you can see it isn't really but looks good.

A:  You can remove the tiles if needed by heating them with hairdryer to soften the adhesive. Peel off each one starting with corners. Thank you.
