A:  Yes. You couldn’t really ‘tighten’ but screwed into the pole on both ends should keep it together.

A:  This strap is intended to be installed flat and is designed to transfer tension loads. It would be up to the Designer/Engineer of Record to evaluate if this (or which product) is the appropriate for the specific application. Thank you!
