A: Sure, don't see why not. It's made out of good heavy gauge metal anyway.

A: Yes, I use these for many furniture and shelving projects. Painting them will not violate any structural codes either where they are required.

A: Yes, these can be painted. You might consider lightly sanding it to abrade the surface to let the paint adhere better. I hope this helps!

A: There isn't a specific bolt part number required. The A66 is not a load rated angle and can be installed with 3/8" diameter bolts or 10d common nails (0.148" diameter x 3" long). Thank you!

Answer This Question
A: There are many good videos on the internet for dishwasher installation. These brackets might help stabilize a dishwasher once installed although they make special dishwasher brackets for that purpose. I hope this helps!

A: We would suggest posing this question on the page for the dishwasher (assuming you are also purchasing it at The Home Depot) as this is not our area of expertise. Thank you!

Q:what size are the holes?

Answer This Question
A: Both holes are 9/16” so a 1/2” bolt easily fits through. Not carriage head though as the square is too big and nothing for it to grab.

Q:Could this be used safely to hang/attach a heavy, but shallow cornice to a wall?

Answer This Question
A: We provide allowable loads for our products, but it is up to the Designer to determine the appropriate connector for their application based on framing layout, demand loads, etc. The A44 is only rated for lateral loads, not download. Please see our current Wood Construction Connectors catalog or website for complete information on this and all of our connectors. Thank you!

A: It could be used but I would suggest that you make sure it will be hidden (if not think about buying smaller ones).
If its that shallow you may want to attached the cornice to it via Velcro to insure the screws will not penetrate thru the shallow cornice.
