A:  It will for some time. After it ages it will start to slowly leak. The more it is allowed to flex the shorter time will elapse before it start to leak. I use one for an awning over a deck I use for work in the summer. It held up for a year without any problem but as it flaps in the wind it has started to leak in the areas that show the most wear.
