Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for you question CS- These are 3/16" tall. I would recommend our 1/2" 13mm vinyl bumpers Item # 9562 which are a 1/4" tall.

A:  That dimension is not available, just replace all of the bumpers on each door for an even closure. Mike

A:  If your shower door is like mine, it contacts the wall tile at an angle. In that case, I would look for a larger bumper. These are, at most, 3/16 in. thick and would have to be placed at the very edge of the door to have any chance of working. Also, there is no indication of how well the adhesive would hold up to moisture.

A:  I have not tried this, but I suspect that if you install on a dry surface, they will stay put. The pads are inexpensive, so it would not hurt to try.

Q:We have something that looks like these on our cabinets since they were installed 8 years ago. In the last year they have gotten sticky to the touch. I had to put paper or tape on them. They are clear, about 3/8" Will these do the same thing over time? we have over 100 to replace... Only want to do it once. Any advice as to how to remove the old ones??

A:  While I have used them on finished cabinets and they should stick to any smooth surface, there is a bold caution on the back of the package saying, "Not recommended for use on furniture."
