A: Hi, The SharkBite 3/4 in. Push-to-Connect Brass Tee can be installed on the main water line before the pressure reducing valve. The SharkBite 3/4 in. Push-to-Connect Brass Tee has been tested up to 200psi. If the fitting is being buried it must be wrapped in a silicone wrap. I've attached a link to the silicone wrap.
