A:  I have hardwood floors, so I can’t say for sure, but the base is fairly heavy and I imagine it would do just fine on carpet.

A:  I use LED in mine.

A:  I have LED in mine. In fact, there are two “sockets” for 2 different bulbs and they work completely separate from one another. I use two different light strengths -I use a bright daylight in one and a softer light in the other. That way I can use different strength lighting as needed.

A:  Thi sproduct can be used with LED bulbs with the correct wattage and bulb base code.

A:  No, there isn't.

A:  It is a warmer shade of white which can appear a little pink.

A:  The shade is not glass. I guess it's acrylic (plastic). Some of the little gem looking things are pink.

A:  on mine just a few of the little round pieces appear a light pink/lavender-ish color

A:  No not really. The only pink is one very small circle. I have attached a very close up picture so hopefully you can see it near the bottom left.
