Answer This Question
A: Hello Cris, you would need to unscrew the round nut (Y) and plastic cap (D) from fitter (P) to release the fixture cup (Z). Then, you should be able to angle the fitter out of the glass globe. Here is a link to the instruction sheet to hopefully illustrate more: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/42/42a9b390-d3dc-4056-a6c6-03f4d58f6a40.pdf Thank you!

Q:I’d like to purchase Philips Hue LED bulbs for these pendants, but I’m not sure if they’re compatible and what “LED compatible with optional LED lamping means” do they just mean an LED bulb is necessary?

A: This means u can use either type of bulb...the base of the bulb has to match the fixture socket of course...u should check the specifications on the bulb package because some led bulbs are not suitable for closed lighting fixtures...

A: Hello Maggie, this just means you can use an LED bulb to convert the fixture to LED. The socket is rated for 1 Medium A19 100w Max bulb. Medium base is E26 size which is the most common. You can use an LED bulb but just make sure it is rated for use in an enclosed fixture or it may wear out faster. The fixture is dimmable but not all LED bulbs are. A: If u use an incandescent bulb make sure u do not exceed the maximum wattage listed for the bulb as the socket of the fixture will over time deteriorate
