A: Hello Anissa, no because all the sockets are wired together. You may consider the De-Lovely collection as well for a different design. Thank you for your interest in Sea Gull Lighting!

A: it is not advisable to cut it, since the finish would not be good because when cutting it could damage the chrome, it would be advisable to buy 6 lights

A: Hello Tae, black is your hot wire and white is your neutral wire. The bare copper wire is the ground. It is typically stranded wire either 14 - 16. 14 solid should be ok for a pigtail but that is at your discretion in accordance with local building codes. A: The wires inside are 16ga stranded. There is a black (hot), white (neutral), and a short green (ground, attached to the base-plate). You can use 16-12ga stranded or solid, romex, or THHN to extend them. However, there is plenty of wire supplied in the fixture to mount the light pretty much anywhere on the base-plate over your hole. This fixture mounts via 2 anchors (one at each end) to your surface, it does not use electrical box screw mounts.
