        A:  Yes it can. You will need to use solid screws like #10 x 2-1/2” and must use washers or the screw head will tear thru the back especially if you put a kit of weight in it. Make sure that your screws hit the studs in the wall or it will come crashing down. Don’t use anchors as it will not hold well. Good luck
