Answer This Question
A: When I open the freezer, both draws are pulled out. This is not convenient. I am trying to find a way to "lock" the draw above, and pull it out only when needed. Have not found yet. Hope someone can answer to this little issue.

A: Hi there Belinda! If you notice condensation/moisture/mold forming between the refrigerator doors or on top of the freezer door turn Energy Saver off. When Energy Saver is on the icon will be illuminated. Turn Energy Saver Off by touching the Energy Saver Button. When you release the button the icon will no longer be illuminated. If moisture forms on the outside of the refrigerator, it is caused by high humidity conditions. When this happens, it is typically during the summer months and in regions near large bodies of water such as oceans, lakes, ponds, etc. when the humidity level is at its highest. Moisture can also occur inside of the unit, if the door is left open during these times. Hope this helps! -Cole
