A: Our water line is hanging I'm not sure if it should be connected but I turned down the supply line for the water and it helped I need to turn the faucet down more . I think when the water is let in that it slightly splashes into the tray causing a large ice chunk. Our fridge has so many problems I wish I would have searched samsung on the internet bc I would have never bought one . Good luck

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for the question. Samsung is committed to producing high quality products. When issues do arise it's important that they be assessed on a case by case basis since not all issues have the same cause or solution.
As unlikely as it is, if you do experience issues of any sort I would suggest referring first to the Troubleshooting section of the user manual or Samsung's website to ensure the cause is not related to the installation of the refrigerator or something that is within your ability to adjust, such as leveling. If necessary, you can call Home Depot or Samsung's Customer Support Team for assistance determining whether service is necessary and what your options are in terms of the warranty.
We appreciate you choosing Samsung and hope this helps to alleviate your concern.

A: Nope

A: The stainless steel finish on the RF217ACRS is not smudgeproof. For a fingerprint-resistant version, you may want to consider the RF217ACPN which has Samsung's Stainless Platinum stainless-look finish.
