        Answer This Question

A:  Hi Yvonne, The DW80F600UTS doesn't come with the power cable. Samsung recommends a jacketed 12-2 cable with ground. Note that some local codes may require the cable to have a BX style metal jacket. For more information, please refer to the Installation Guide that comes with the unit and can also be downloaded in advance as a pdf file from Samsung's website. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

Q:Detergent hardens and doesn't clean dishes!

              Answer This Question

A:  Hi Nancy, I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your DW80F600UTS. If the detergent isn't dissolving, it's possible the water isn't hot enough or the detergent compartment door isn't opening properly. Please make sure your hot water heater is set to the recommended 120˚F, and your home's supplied water pressure is between 20 and 120 psi. If necessary, wipe the area around the detergent compartment door to remove residue. Selecting the Sanitize cycle and using a rinse aid can help to improve both cleaning and drying performance. If the problems persist, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
