Q:I am confused in regards to the pile, in one area of the description of the ivory it says 1.75 inches thick and then the lower area says 3 inches thick. Can you clarify the thickness on the ivory rug? It seems the thickness and quality may differ from the gray and the ivory. Thank you in advance.

A:  Hi Ang. The product specifications on the lower part of the web page is correct. This rug and all rugs in this collection have a pile of 3 inches. The 1.75 inch bullet is an error that we are working to fix. Thank you for pointing out this mistake and for your inquiry.
