A:  Didn’t buy mine for that purpose, but the one time I moved it the pad was on carpet and the rug on top of pad...nothing moved!

A:  Hello - Our Rug Pads may not be suitable for use on vinyl, lacquered or acrylic surfaces. We recommend reaching out to your local Flooring Company or Floor Installer to see what material would be best to use on your Floor.

A:  Why not? (even tho Safavieh doesn't recommend below). I use a big one of these between my ripped old muslin couch-cover & a gorgeous thin quilt I "recovered" it with. (Just the white arms- where muslin isn't ripped- stick out). Has been working like a charm for 6 yrs. BUT more important to pose this question to your mattress/boxspring mfr.

A:  Yes, you could use this between a mattress and box spring.

A:  I assume so. But mine had a strong chemical smell. It disappeared in a few hours, but it was strong at the time. If you're cautious about chemicals in your home, you might want to look for a more all natural product.
