Q:I ordered and received the 9 x 12 ft. rug. It arrived folded, not rolled. I’ve had it down on my floor a couple months now, and it still has creases where it had been folded. I’ve never had a rug arrive folded, so I never had an issue like this with previous rugs. What can I do to remove the creases?
