Rugs from different production timeline will look slightly different when compared next to each other. Due to differences in monitor size & screen resolution, rugs may appear slightly different in your browser than they do in person.

          Q:We love the new rug as it perfectly matches the furniture but we have bigger problem. The rug sheds a lot not just when we vacuum but every single time some one sits one the rug we see the wool clings to the cloth. When does this shedding go away?

          A:  Hello - Thank you for your review. Shedding is common in all Wool Rugs. What happens is there is loose wool and this will fall out. The most shedding will occur in the first few months. Over time, this will be less and less but it will still continue. This is also mentioned on the back label of your rug

              Q:I have read reviews about this rug on other websites, and many people have said that the rug arrives dirty-looking because of the way it's rolled up (the backing rubs off on the front.) My question is, if I get it shipped to the store, can I check it before bringing it home to ensure that didn't happen? And, if it does, can I refuse it and get my money back?

              A:  You will have to refer to the store itself regarding their refund policy. As far as the rug itself, every one of our rugs ships rolled up. The backing should not be coming off onto the rug.
