The Ensemble 60" x 30" Curved shower unit can be ordered with either a Left hand or a Right hand drain. The model quoted in your question 72175100-96 is not the complete unit, it is the End Wall set (Left and Right) only. It does not include the Receptor or the Back wall. The complete model number (Receptor and Wall set) with a Left Hand drain would be 72170110-96 Please work with your local Home Depot for pricing and availability on this product.
