A:  Can someone from Sterling please help? I've called 5 times and gotten 5 different answers. I need the bottom rack 20078-st that you say is the replacement. You tell us to order it from Home Depot, but they can't order it either because it's not listed on their website, they no longer have "YOW" and need a "special order SKU" from Sterling, and no one at Sterling knows what that means! Additionally Sterling tells me to order it directly from the Sterling website, but there is no option to do so. Why make it so hard?? You're making it impossible to buy your products! Please help!
