A:  Hello Paul, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot about the Paragon Outdoor Paragon 10 ft. x 12 ft. Gazebo with Cocoa Top and Privacy Curtains and Mosquito Netting, Browns / Tans. We do not offer installation on Gazebos at this time. You may be able to contact your PRO DESK and get a referral from them of local people who may assemble these. Otherwise there is a Step by step guide with the item and on the product page. It has pictured instructions qnd assembly tools, and anchoring hardware are included with the product. This gazebo is specifically designed for easy assembly. (At least two people are recommended for this installation) We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.             A:  Yes it can withstand a hurricane.................Mine is bolted onto strong deck and has 40 lbs of rock in each leg as recommended. It held up great with no issues what so ever with 75+ mph winds.
