A:  This grill can be installed in an up or down position with louvers.

    A:  Hello Amber, With a span as large as this I wouldn't recommend installing the return in a floor. The return will not take the weight of a person if someone inadvertently walks across it. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris

    A:  No, you'll need a reinforced grille for that purpose. Model 1600-R-20X20 has a honeycomb construction and has a welded core and supports for extra strength. This is available via special order. Call us at 866-794-7900.
