    A:  Delivery was driveway only in my case. It came in a tilt trailer pulled by a 3/4 ton pickup truck. You will have to move it from there. It's a lot of dirt to move by shovel and wheelbarrow by the way. I rented a skid loader from a nearby rental outlet and was done in less than 3 hours with my neighbors help.

        A:  Depends on the region you are ordering for. For my home in Phoenix it was far from what I would call "clean fill dirt". It seemed like it was mostly leaves and twigs. I also had scattered trash: rocks, nails, copper wire, glass, even a strip of 35mm film.
