Q:Can this paint be used on the interior of a car to touch up the plastics inside
by|Feb 5, 2024
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: We're happy to help, Cole. Yes, Rust-Oleum Universal Spray Paint can be applied to interior plastic surfaces. Some plastics made of polyethylene are manufactured in such a way that may hinder maximum paint adhesion. We recommend first applying a small test application to ensure the results are desired before applying to the entire surface.

Q:Is any prep needed on sandblasted wrought iron bed frame?
by|Mar 23, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Thanks for reaching out, Louie. Sandblasting typically would remove any paint or rust from the bed frame, if it created a very smooth surface, scuff sanding prior to applying Rust-Oleum Universal Advanced Formula Spray Paint would be the only recommendation. Scuff sanding smooth and glossy surfaces creates a profile to help with paint adhesion.
