A:  It sure can- just sand like you would a regular laminate countertop.

A:  If the previous coating on the surface is Rust-Oleum Countertop Transformations you can use it. Before you start, we recommend that you scuff sand the entire surface with a 60-grit sandpaper. If you have an electric sander, feel free to use it. If the previous coating is Rust-Oleum Countertop Transformations, it doesn't have to be fully removed. Simply scuff sand it and make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned with soap and water. However, if the previous coating is another company's product, we recommend that you remove it completely before using Rust-Oleum Countertop Transformations.

A:  There will be plenty of decorative chips but not enough base coat so NO

A:  You should be okay. When applying the bond coat, simply apply it thick enough to where you do not see your existing countertop.

A:  Yes, Rust-Oleum Countertop Transformations will work on your corian countertops. However if your countertops and sink are one continuous piece of corian, we would advise against using Countertop Transformations, as it can't be used on the sink portion.
