A:  Thank you for reaching out! Yes, our Rust-Oleum LeakSeal Flexible Rubber Coating may be applied to PVC. The surface must be clean and dry prior to applying the LeakSeal, and we recommend using several light coats to build up the finish. Keep in mind that this coating will stop leaks, but cannot block pressurized leaks. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 2

      A:  Hi Mike, we have not tested our Rust-Oleum LeakSeal Flexible Rubber Coating on this product, which appears to be a closed-cell foam insulation. You can apply the LeakSeal to a scrap piece to ensure proper adhesion, and that the solvents in the LeakSeal do not damage this material. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 2
