Questions and Answers for Rust-Oleum Restore 4-gal. Adobe Deck and Concrete 10X Resurfacer

A:  If the deck is prepped properly and the product applied properly then the product should never flake.

A:  For best results when applying Restore 10X, we do recommend using the Restore Roller honeycomb cover.

A:  Yes you do need a special roller. You can get them at Home Depot next to the Restore. They are not expensive. We used a brush to put ours on, we had the roller, however we liked the way it went on better with the brush.

A:  Deck & Concrete Restore is perfect for use around pools. Please keep in mind though that Restore is just like any other paint in that it will become hot in the sun. For this reason, we typically recommend using our lighter colors such as Beach or Cape Cod Gray in areas with direct sunlight when you will be walking barefoot. Additionally Restore should be applied when the temperature is above 50* and below 90* both day and night for a minimum of 3 days, so we recommend waiting until the Spring to apply the coating.

A:  yes, it would be great around a pool. The coverage gives a protection that has sand in it and it would help give grip around a pool.

A:  it is a hard job only because I used a paintbrush not a roller and it gave much better coverage and no splatters. It does have a texture so you mentioned rolling a chair think about that.
