      A:  Great question, Ed! Our Clay Liquid Armor Concrete Resurfacer can be applied over well-adhered previous coatings. We recommend that smooth or glossy surfaces be sanded or de-glossed before application.

          A:  Happy to help, Jerry. Prior to application of Rust-Oleum Extreme Concrete Restore patch cracks, potholes and depressions in concrete using cement-based patching material. Use Restore Crack Use a filler or similar latex based caulk to fill cracks larger than 1/16”. For cracks larger than 1/4 “, use a cement patch according to manufacturer’s instructions
