A:  You've come to the right place! Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advanced Deck and Concrete Resurfacer is suitable for use on broom swept concrete surfaces and not recommend for use on smooth or floated concrete.     A:  Joyce, the 10x Advanced is an extremely durable coating, and removal is not an easy task. Sodium Hydroxide deck strippers can soften the acrylic resins in the coating, allowing it to be removed by either scraping or pressure washing.
