      A:  This product has been very durable in our office parking lot in Southern California. It was used for the Handicap parking spaces and has lasted over three years at this point with no fading or flaking.

                  A:  Temporarily at best. Vinyl floor is a sealed surface so it does not allow for adhesion. Anything dragged across the lines will probably scratch off.
