A: Rust-Oleum Specialty Stainless Steel Paint is meant to be applied to wood and metal surfaces. The use of Rust-Oleum primer is recommended for bare wood and metal to provide adhesion and hiding.
A good primer to use would be Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Clean Metal Primer.

A: I only used it on the bottom drawer and the handle where it doesn't get hot. It says. Do not use over 200 degrees. Even though I did not do the whole stove, it tied the look together with the rest of the appliances.
