A: We mounted this as a traverse rod a few years ago and it still works great. I found a review where someone refigured the rod to make it pull to one side so apparently it can be done.

A: Had more than enough rings, no need for additional ones

A: Unfortunately I do not know exactly how many total rings are on the rod. I did not use all the rings that were included and I purchased three rods in total. So there is no way for me to tell between the used rings and extra rings I have which came original to each rod. In my estimation each rod came with 36 total rings or more, my best guess. I am not aware that extras can be purchased separately. If I needed more rings than were supplied I would probably purchase an extra rod. The rods are sold in shorter lengths too if fewer than another 36 rings were needed.

A: I have the 84”-156” traverse rod installed to its full length. It has 41 rings. It’s been a couple of years now, I don’t remember if it came with extra rings or if additional rings can be purchased. Sorry!
