Q:Are the projections listed measured to the back (wall side) or the front of the rod? I have a 1 inch diameter pole next to my window that sits 2 inches away from the wall so I?m looking for a double curtain rod that will accommodate it. Will this?

A:  Hi A rod's projection is the distance from the wall to the furthest point out of the rod. This double rod set has a fixed bracket with pockets at 3" and 5".

            Q:I know this comes with 4 brackets, but can this be supported just with three brackets? (one in the middle and two at the ends) My window is 160" wide.

            A:  For any length over 120" we highly recommend using all 4 brackets to prevent any sag in the middle of your drapery rod.
